My Autoimmune Journey
I am a Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Alopecia Areata patient since 2009. My Alopecia hits hard in COVID 2020 when I became a caregiver to my parent.
Back then, I was juggling a full-time job, part-time studies, my own fluctuating conditions, caregiver duties, and responsibilities of being the eldest child. As a female, my hair is part of my self-esteem. So without it, my self-confidence depletes.
I am currently on Kaminomoto Gold and Nixon 2 Shampoo treatment. Progress updates here.
